The removal of the Gallbladder is a very common procedure performed on patients with problematic gallstones. For some patients, gallstones will cause no problems at all, for others it can cause pain in the abdomen, jaundice and a general feeling of being unwell. I perform all aspects of laparoscopic and open gallbladder and bile duct surgery.
